Interparticle radiation forces beyond spherical particles in a bulk acoustofluidic device
Understanding interparticle radiation forces between spherical and nonspherical particles is crucial for the trapping of micro- and nano-objects in acoustophoresis. Most theoretical and numerical models treat spherical particles as identical to estimate interparticle forces, owing to their symmetry.
