Estimating the number of zeros of Dedekind zeta-functions
In this article, I develop a new approach to estimating the number of non-trivial zeros of a Dedekind zeta function with absolute height at most $T\ge1$, counted with multiplicity. The method yields an explicit zero-counting estimate with constants $(C_1,C_2,C_3)=(0.194,7.806,1.808)$. For the Rieman
