L’autore denuncia la mancanza di coinvolgimento delle principali rappresentanze professionali (come l’APEI) nel processo di revisione ministeriale. Vengono evidenziati i rischi di una “regressione” che potrebbe svuotare la legge del suo spirito originario, portando a una riduzione dell’autonomia professionale, alla perdita di identità specialistica e a una marginalizzazione delle competenze maturate sul campo. L’editoriale si conclude con un appello alla “vigilanza pedagogica” per difendere l’educazione come bene comune. The author highlights the lack of involvement of major professional associations, such as APEI, in the ministerial review process. The editorial warns against a “regression” that could undermine the original spirit of the law, leading to reduced professional autonomy, loss of specialized identity, and the marginalization of field-based expertise. It concludes with a call for “pedagogical vigilance” to protect education as a common good and ensure the professional integrity of educators and educationalists.
