This article explores the physiological and pathological interrelationship between the liver and the pancreas, emphasizing their functional cooperation in digestion, metabolism, and endocrine regulation. Special attention is given to how dysfunction in one organ can influence the other, leading to conditions such as pancreatitis, hepatic steatosis, and metabolic syndrome. The study highlights current scientific perspectives on shared vascular, biliary, and hormonal pathways that connect these organs. Understanding their interdependence is essential for early diagnosis, effective treatment strategies, and prevention of hepatopancreatic diseases.
