Universidad Internacional De La Rioja Description Description: This dataset contains raw data from a study investigating the relationship between physical activity levels, stages of change, and mental well-being in a sample of Pickleball players. The dataset includes: Socio-demographic variables: Gender, Age, Height, and Weight. Physical Activity profile: Practice (Yes/No), Weekly Frequency (days/week), Intensity, and Stages of Change (MTT). Psychological scales: * Mental Well-being (WEMWBS - Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale). Exercise Motivation (BREQ - Behavioural Regulation in Exercise Questionnaire). Basic Psychological Needs (BPNS - Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction). The data was collected in 2023 through online questionnaires. All data has been anonymized to ensure participant privacy.
