This paper considers civilization collapse due to advanced technology frequently used in SF works. It posits that the causes of these collapses lie not in the technology itself but in its management, that they are suggestive of real-world crises, and that philosophy is capable of contributing greatly to this issue but is currently not contributing. In SF works, collapse can be said to be the negligence of the operators rather than force majeure by technology. It can be said that the causes are the operators' lack of understanding of technology and the vulnerability of their thought. This also gives suggestions to the attack on Iran in reality and the enthusiastic investment in AI and quantum computers. Philosophy is capable of contributing greatly to this problem. At the same time, it shows that it has not been able to contribute at present.
