We propose a parsimonious non-dual ontological framework in which the observable universe emerges as the continuous, simultaneous radiation and reabsorption of distinction from an undifferentiated pri- mordial ground state. This ground state is defined solely by its existence; no properties, time, location, or internal structure are attributed to it. All established physical laws — including the Einstein field equations, quantum field theory, and black-hole thermodynamics — remain mathematically identical but are reinterpreted as descriptions of the radiated aspect alone. By reframing existing equations as descriptions of the radiated aspect of a single, timeless radiation- reabsorption dynamic, the framework eliminates the need for several longstanding metaphysical assump- tions and fudge factors in contemporary physics, including: the cosmological constant Λ (now the natural expansion tendency of the radiation phase), the need for a unique low-entropy Big Bang initial state, unexplained baryon asymmetry, and ad-hoc mechanisms to resolve the black-hole information paradox. The model is fully consistent with general relativity, quantum mechanics, and holographic principles while preserving their full predictive and computational power. We situate the proposal within existing non-dual and foundational literature, demonstrate its simplification of current mathematics, and address standard objections concerning falsifiability, circularity, and epistemic limits. Its beauty lies in radical minimalism: one ground, one dynamic, one field.
