State
This paper proposes a minimal, non-phenomenological framework for analyzing the state. Instead of treating the state as a predefined entity or a set of attributes, it is approached as a limiting configuration of relations arising under conditions of high relational density and constrained coordination. By reducing the description to relations, their stability, asymmetry, and modes of fixation, the paper shows how structures commonly identified as political, economic, and institutional can be analyzed within a unified field. Distinctions between the state, the corporation, and the network are reformulated as parametric variations rather than categorical differences. This perspective makes it possible to describe interactions between domains—such as monetary and political structures—without introducing additional assumptions, and to reinterpret large-scale processes, including globalization and its contraction, as transformations of the same relational field. The state, in this sense, is not a given object but an operational regime: a configuration in which relations remain stable under continuous replacement of their carriers.
