One Concept to Rule Them All: Entropy as a Unifying Principle for All Human Knowledge
Entropy, best formulated as the statistical measure of disordered energy in a system, has been demonstrated to be a central concept in physics, information science, and neuroscience. Recent discoveries have revealed that this concept can be used to understand phenomena in psychology, sociology, aesthetics, ethics, folklore, and Biblical theology, which suggests that entropy can serve as a unifying principle for all spheres of human knowledge.
