Emergence Without Assumption [1] establishes that on a homogeneous toroidal field with isotropic suppression and dynamic iteration, φ is the unique winding ratio compatible with the system's structural conditions. The proof is topological and Diophantine: it shows that no other ratio can be selected without violating homogeneity. What the proof does not state — and what the present paper supplies — is the dynamical mechanism by which φ-winding propagates itself across iterations. The static topological result is necessarily completed by a dynamical statement: completion of one iteration and initiation of the next are the same energetic event, with the amplitude accumulated during one iteration serving as the propulsion that carries the system into the next. We state this mechanism precisely in continuous form (energy-density coupling at harmonic boundaries) and discrete form (Fibonacci recursion as energy equation). We show that the discrete form is the natural sampling of the continuous form, that the two forms are connected by the convergence F(n+1)/Fn → φ, and that this connection forces architectural features of any system instantiating φ-winding at the discrete level to follow Fibonacci nesting in their component structure. The result is the dynamical statement that completes the topological proof and provides the structural grounding for the Phase-Augmented Multifractal Indexing memory architecture [2].
