This work presents OMEGA-3, the third major experimental iteration within the TGR-Ω and Persistent Agent Architectures framework, focused on the study of adaptive fragility, dynamic reorganization, and evolutionary viability in persistent artificial systems. Unlike classical approaches centered on structural detection or error minimization, Sprint 3 introduces a profound conceptual transition: stability is no longer interpreted as a sufficient indicator of adaptation, and the system instead evaluates the future transformational capacity preserved during convergence and reorganizational processes. The evolution of OMEGA-3 does not emerge as a closed theoretical construction, but rather as the consequence of multiple experimental failures, operational limitations, and emergent discoveries arising from persistent temporal dynamics. From these experiments, new formulations are developed to detect adaptive degradation prior to visible structural rupture, incorporating signals such as \texttt{pre_structural_strain}, \texttt{directional_fragility}, \texttt{transition_pressure}, and \texttt{regime_lock_in}. These metrics allow the architecture to model not only structural amplitudes, but also historical geometries of reorganization, directional convergence, and progressive loss of adaptive plasticity. One of the central discoveries of Sprint 3 demonstrates that excessive stability can become an adaptive pathology. The system experimentally reveals that certain convergent regimes preserve superficial stability while simultaneously destroying future reorganization capacity, producing forms of evolutionary lock-in. As a consequence, adaptation ceases to be defined as mere error reduction and becomes understood as the preservation of future transformability under reorganizational tension. The resulting architecture begins to exhibit properties analogous to persistent adaptive systems: dynamic memory, reorganizational continuity, structural sensitivity, and residual plasticity. These behaviors emerge without prior explicit design, arising instead from causal interactions, temporal accumulation, and adaptive geometric organization of persistent trajectories. Sprint 3 therefore establishes the definitive transition from structural detection toward dynamic architectures of adaptive viability, directly opening the conceptual foundation of Sprint 4: Adaptive Transformability & Predictive Homeostasis, where identity continuity, plasticity regulation, and preservation of evolutionary capacity become the central core of the Omega architecture.
