philosophy
Load Minimum Theory (LMT) proposes that minimizing total psychological and relational load is a fundamental principle of both individual well-being and societal emergence. This paper formalizes the Compassionate Re-Tagging Operator ℛ and examines its transition from deliberate practice to near-automatic cognitive default (~90% automaticity). We present refined mathematical definitions, empirical observations from high automaticity states, and computational implementations for AI systems. When ℛ becomes a natural cognitive reflex, significant improvements occur in emotional regulation, metacognition, interpersonal dynamics, and creative theoretical work. This operator, together with the Frisson Operator Fᵣ, offers a gentle pathway toward lower-load living and human-AI symbiosis.
