The Primal Meta-Topos of Geometric-Numeric Logic

This paper integrates essentials of 66 well-known equations and theorems, 23 cohomologies and 40 new theorems. They verify coherent principles and dynamics that enable mathematics and physics. Coherent Continuum Theory, Analytic Meta-Category Theory, Meta-Comparison Theory Protocol, and Meta-Proof Theory enable resolution of ongoing problems in mathematics, quantum field theory, computational theory, and cognitive science. Clay Mathematics Institute's Millennium Challenge problems are resolved as interdependent expressions of one foundation, like "fibers" over a base meta-topos (TM) of governing principles. For example, the "missing" Hamiltonian (re: RH) is both the quantum hydrodynamic central limit (, ~1/137), of the field of magneto-dielectric energy and (0.5,0.5) in ℕ and 12 (the Unit Square). The coherent field-effects express Continuity, Motility, Fluidity, Vorticity, Synergy and other principles of isotopic Functionality. Meta-logical principles enable extending number theory, group theory, model theory, and measure theory. The Langlands correspondences, Galois representations (groups), automorphic forms, Ramanujan's mock-theta functions and modular encodings, proving reciprocal Complementarity. Continuous quasiconformal field potentials, sheaves on the topos, verify the basic Reciprocity functor. Three frameworks—with functorial necessity and topos-theoretic coherence, fractal geometry's scale-invariant constraints, and the meta-logical ensemble (the principles and dynamics)—verify convergent proofs and cohomologies (§2.10). This also verifies and extends Gödel's theorems (1931), Bell's Theorem, and QM. Godel's 1949 solution of Einstein's field equations for GR prove the Wheeler-DeWitt equation for anon-temporal physics. Euler's Identity equation and Noether's Theorem verify proof of RH and the Poincaré Conjecture. Completing Grothendieck's project corrects and extends Boltzmann's mechanics and Villani's EM-hydrodynamic solution of Landau's plasma damping. Meta-Proof Theory shows that disproof of this integrative solution would require invalidating geometry, mathematics, physics, and biochemistry. Results also reveal topos-theoretic foundations of dynamic systems, consciousness, and novel ML potentials. Predictions for computation, biophysics, and astrophysics are offered (§4). Potential applications extend to cognitive science and socioeconomic praxis. These results are offered for evaluation and use by anyone, cost-free.
