This paper develops a probabilistic and structural argument for the epistemic viability of the Transcendent Grounding Hypothesis (TGH): the proposition that the origin, structure, and calibration of the physical universe require a causal ground not immanent to the spacetime manifold being explained. The argument proceeds in seven stages. First, we address the methodological problem of assigning probabilities to non-repeatable systems via analogical simulation. Second, we apply this framework to biological emergence using peer-reviewed experimental estimates (Axe 2004; Meyer 2009) yielding a joint probability of approximately 1 in 10^164 for a single minimal functional protein. Third, we examine cosmological fine-tuning, with particular attention to Penrose's phase-space entropy calculation (1 in 10^(10^123)) and the cosmological constant problem. Fourth, we show that the multiverse response relocates rather than resolves the problem by introducing a structurally identical regress at the meta-law level. Fifth — the central original structural contribution — we develop the Dimensional Causal Isolation Principle (DCIP): the formally grounded claim that an entity in a manifold of higher dimensionality can determine the boundary conditions and constants of a lower-dimensional universe without producing any event within that universe's internal causal order. We show this is physically coherent by reference to the ADD model (Arkani-Hamed, Dimopoulos, and Dvali 1998) and the Randall-Sundrum braneworld models (Randall and Sundrum 1999). Sixth, we directly engage Carroll, Sober, Hossenfelder, and Oppy, arguing that each objection applies with equal force to naturalist alternatives. Seventh, we introduce the criterion of epistemic resilience and argue that the TGH satisfies it structurally. We conclude that the TGH and its principal naturalist competitors occupy equivalent positions in epistemic space, and that the conventional attribution of default epistemological advantage to naturalism is a rhetorical rather than epistemological result.
