Readable Systems I: Observation — A Non-Modal Fixation
This paper fixes observation within a non-modal structural framework. Observation is not treated as perception, measurement, or access. It is fixed without causality, temporality, or subject-dependent interpretation. The text does not explain observation. It delimits the conditions under which readable exposure is fixed without operation, subject, or meaning.
