本文提出一个逻辑自洽、严格可证伪的宏观唯象理论,从一个基本公理出发,独立推导出运动物体的尺缩效应和迈克尔逊干涉仪的光程差公式。结合“局域量子拖拽”假设,理论统一解释了所有历史上的零结果实验,并预言在月球轨道高度将首次观测到非零信号。实验采用异轴正交差分干涉仪架构,以10⁻¹³ rad量级的灵敏度对理论进行终极检验。本文明确将理论定位为宏观唯象框架,不试图替代量子力学。
