Classical models of stability, adaptation, and regulation successfully describe many dynamic processes, yet they remain less effective at characterizing persistence under continuous historical transformation. This paper proposes a correlational framework centered on organized persistence, dynamic constraints, and continuity under transformation. Persistence is interpreted not as static invariance or structural immobility, but as the dynamic preservation of organizational coherence through historically integrated reorganization. Within this framework, the concepts of ontodynamic continuity, persistent regulation, and integrated structural reconfiguration (RΣ) are introduced as minimal organizational descriptors of systems capable of maintaining continuity while transforming. The paper further proposes the Ω-space as an organizational cartography for different modes of persistent dynamics. The framework converges partially with perspectives emerging from Terrence Deacon’s teleodynamics and Karl Friston’s Free Energy Principle, while remaining deliberately neutral regarding consciousness, strong semantics, or metaphysical teleology. From this perspective, agency emerges gradually when the continuity of the regime itself becomes an object of regulation. The paper concludes by suggesting that organized persistence under transformation may constitute a fundamental architectural dimension for understanding biological organization, adaptive cognition, and future persistently integrated artificial systems.
