This paper expands upon the temporal feedback loop model of consciousness by analyzing its neurobiological substrate, evolutionary mismatch, and macro-social implications. We map the "Archive" (the reactive Ego) to the amygdala and limbic system, while the "Present Moment" (the rational Ego) is mapped to the prefrontal cortex (PFC). We demonstrate how neuroplasticity, driven by negative feedback from ego-driven failures, shifts the decision-making weight from reactive to rational systems. Furthermore, we analyze how modern socio-economic infrastructures—namely consumer capitalism, algorithmic digital media, and permanent geopolitical threats—artificially hyper-stimulate the primitive amygdalous loop, creating an evolutionary mismatch. Finally, we model historical cycles (such as the post-WWII reconstruction) as collective phase transitions, arguing that structural systemic change requires a critical threshold of shared trauma to bypass the defensive mechanisms of the primitive archive.
