Cross-Domain Universality from a Predomain Structural Condition: Tests of the H > K Framework

We present and test a predomain structural condition—H > K, where H denotes the capacity of a system to sustain distinguishability (holding power) and K denotes the tendency toward indistinguishability (dissolution pressure)—from which an appearance amplitude A = √(H − K) is derived. This condition is prior to domain-specific physics and predicts universal structural signatures at the seam H = K across any domain. We report five tests spanning condensed matter physics, cosmology, and neuroscience, finding zero falsifications. These include a structural explanation for the universal critical exponent ceiling β ≤ 1/2, exact agreement with GPS timing corrections under K-additivity, dark energy evolution consistent with K-irreversibility, and a cross-domain seam sensitivity scaling. One forward prediction remains untested: dark energy must satisfy w(z) > −1 at all cosmic epochs (the phantom divide). This is testable by the Euclid mission (2023–2030). If phantom dark energy (w < −1) is confirmed at any epoch at significance exceeding 3σ, the framework is falsified.
