philosophy
This paper extends the Load Minimization Theory (LMT) by developing a dynamic mathematical model that demonstrates how gentle self-observation and reduction of self-criticism strengthen immune boundaries. Using a proposed differential equation, numerical simulations show a significant increase in the Self-Establishment index S(t) over 30 days of daily practice. A simple, accessible “I am me Time” protocol is also provided. This work aims to offer a new heart-mind-body integration tool for the field of psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), showing that kindness toward oneself is both the gentlest and most scientific form of immune care.
