This paper points out that the cause of populism is a sense of concern closely related to daily life that deviates from general "rightness." This tends to remain latent and expand easily. Political forces that pick up this demand are likely to be labeled as populism. Many of these forces lack governance capability and collapse. What draws attention then is only the fact that they were "not right," and the sense of concern is not resolved. The breeding ground for populism remains. First, politics must listen to the voices of citizens and resolve their problems. For this purpose, a free speech space that includes discrimination and foolishness is indispensable. Time and again, populism has risen and collapsed. It is necessary to look at the fundamental problems and move to solve them.
