Kasei-Theory I.Contact: Contact Without Relation
This paper examines contact within the first system of Kasei-Theory through a non-modal structural framework. The paper does not treat contact as interaction, communication, exchange, or relational accessibility. Instead, contact is fixed as a constrained structural condition within local readability maintainability, where differentiation remains locally co-retained without completed relation, continuity, or universal correspondence. Adjacency is not spatial proximity. Connectivity does not establish continuity. Residual contactability does not establish hidden accessibility, deferred interaction, or transcendental relational order. Unreadability does not establish absence. The paper argues that configurational differentiation may remain locally maintainable without completed separation, communicative integration, or total structural coherence. Contact is therefore not treated as a bridge between isolated entities, but as a constrained structural condition in which completed relational separation is not secured. No subject, causal grounding, or universal communicative structure is introduced. This paper is part of Kasei-Theory.
