This paper proposes an ontological extension of Cosmological Update Dynamics (CUD) based on distinguishability, network structure, and reality selection dynamics. In previous versions of CUD, cosmological evolution was described through structural accumulation, instability formation, and probabilistic phase transitions. In this work, the framework is extended toward a more general ontological structure in which reality is interpreted as a recognizable realization emerging through evolving ψ-network structures arising from accumulated distinguishability and structural fields. The central claim of this paper is that existence is not fundamentally composed of fixed objects, but rather emerges from continuously maintained and updated relational structures. Within this framework: • distinguishability (ρ) generates relational differentiation, • relational differentiation accumulates into accumulated distinguishability (A), • accumulated distinguishability (A) forms structural fields (u), • structural fields give rise to realizable states (ψ), • and evolving ψ-networks enable recognizable reality. Consciousness is interpreted not as a separate metaphysical substance, but as a local ψ-network updating process participating in reality selection dynamics. This work presents a preliminary conceptual framework for what may be called an Ontological Network Universe (Onverse).
