philosophy
The hypothesis of an additional massive planetary body beyond Neptune is an- alyzed entirely within the closed quartic variational framework generated by the fundamental Psi-Gamma functional. Starting exclusively from the exact variational structure, the work derives the admissible orbital sector through explicit Hessian construction, cyclic closure analysis, spectral decomposition, secular orbital dynam- ics, and decisional admissibility conditions, without introducing phenomenological gravitational corrections, tted orbital parameters, dark matter sectors, external stabilizing assumptions, or independently postulated celestial objects. The analysis demonstrates that the coherent external orbital structure of the Solar System emerges naturally from the collective nonlocal kernel generated by the exact second variation of the quartic functional itself. The resulting orbital dy- namics produces long-range secular locking, phase coherence, clustering of extreme trans-Neptunian objects, and stable collective orbital families without requiring any additional massive perturbing body.
