The present work refutes technocratic reductionism — the representation of man as a biological automaton subject to complete digitization and control . Using the apparatus of quantum topology, algebraic geometry, and the theory of operator algebras, we construct a multi-level system of proofs that consciousness represents information waves circulating in a non-local medium of the universal field . It is within this wave medium that complex entangled states of particles arise, generating skyrmions — topologically stable structures that possess their own local time and project onto Minkowski space in the form of three-dimensional holographic pixels. Time is not an external parameter of Minkowski space — it visualizes the causal mechanics of the movement of waves and meanings . Technocracy is ontologically defined as an attempt to reduce an open evolving system to a closed set of already known states — which is mathematically equivalent to an attempt to compute an infinite open system of type III₁ using an algebra of type I.
