Maqolada agressiyaning sabablari, shakllari va ularni aniqlash usullari keltirilgan. Shuningdek, ijobiy modellashtirish, hissiy boshqarish ko'nikmalarini shakllantirish, muammolarni hal qilish strategiyalari, ijtimoiy o'yinlar va rag'batlantirish usullari orqali agressiyani kamaytirishning samarali yo'llari bayon etilgan. Аннотация: Данная статья посвящена психологическим стратегиям снижения агрессии у детей. В ней анализируются природная сущность агрессии в детском развитии и негативные последствия еѐ чрезмерного проявления. В статье представлены причины агрессии, еѐ формы и методы выявления. Также описаны эффективные способы уменьшения агрессивного поведения посредством позитивного моделирования, формирования навыков эмоциональной регуляции, стратегий решения проблем, социальных игр и методов поощрения. Abstract: This article is devoted to psychological strategies reducing aggression in children. It analyzes the natural essence of aggression in childhood development and the negative consequences of its excessive manifestation. The article presents the causes of aggression, its forms and methods of detection. It also describes effective ways to reduce aggressive behavior through positive modeling, the formation of emotional regulation skills, problem-solving strategies, social games and methods of encouragement.
