European University Description The article substantiates the need to develop comprehensive approaches to assessing financial stability in conditions of global economic instability, strengthening financial integration, and accelerating digitalization. It shows the limitations of fragmented indicator-based assessments and proposes a logic for combining macroeconomic, macroprudential, and microprudential dimensions, taking into account institutional and behavioral factors. The role of macroprudential instruments in mitigating systemic risks and enhancing the resilience of the financial sector is emphasized. For Ukraine, the significance of the foreign exchange regulation regime, international settlements, and external financing in 2025 is highlighted.
