This part establishes a consumer product safety standard for carriages and strollers. § 1227.2 Requirements for carriages and strollers. Each carriage and stroller shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F833-21, Standard Consumer Safety Performance Specification for Carriages and Strollers, approved June 15, 2021.
