PART 405—ILLUSTRATION OF SAVINGS BONDS Authority: Sec. 474, 62 Stat. 706; 18 U.S.C. 474. § 405.1 Illustrations authorized. (a) Authority is hereby given to make, hold, dispose of, and use illustrations of U.S. savings bonds for publicity purposes in connection with the campaign for the sale of such bonds. (b) The making of any reproduction of a U.S. savings bond in any manner or any form is not permitted other than as provided in this part or pursuant to title 18, United States Code, section 504 (18 U.S.C. 504).
