Source: 82 FR 16126, Apr. 3, 2017, unless otherwise noted. § 510.1 Definitions. For purposes of this subchapter: Personal injury Severe personal injury § 510.2 Time for filing. Claims for payments under the Guam World War II Loyalty Recognition Act, Title XVII, Public Law 114-328 (the “Act”), must be filed not later than one year after the date on which the Commission publishes the notice described in section 1705(b)(2)(B) of the Act. § 510.3 Applicability of administrative provisions concerning claims under the International Claims Settlement Act of 1949. To the extent they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, the following provisions of subchapter C of this chapter shall be applicable to claims under this subchapter: §§ 509.2, 509.3, 509.4, 509.5, and 509.6.
