Electronic and information technology (EIT) supplies and services acquired pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation part 13 shall comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. See part 339. Subpart 313.3—Simplified Acquisition Methods 313.301 Government-wide commercial purchase card. (b) Make all HHS transactions utilizing the government-wide commercial purchase card in accordance with the HHS Purchase Card Program.
