Subpart 1341.2—Acquiring Utility Services 1341.201 Policy. The designee authorized to enter into a contract pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 8287 (regarding shared energy savings, including cogeneration) is set forth in CAM 1301.70. 1341.202 Procedures. The designee authorized to approve a determination that a written contract cannot be obtained from a utility supplier refusing to execute a tendered contract, and that the issuance of a purchase order is not feasible, is set forth in CAM 1301.70. 1341.204 GSA areawide Contracts. The designee authorized to determine that the use of an areawide contract is not advantageous to the Government is set forth in CAM 1301.70.
