Subpart 1442.2—Contract Administration Services 1442.202 Assignment of contract administration. (a) The decision to withhold normal individual contract administration functions is delegated to one level above the CO. (b) The delegation of authority to issue orders under provisioning procedures in existing contracts and under basic ordering agreements for items and services identified in the schedule must be approved at one level above the CO. Subpart 1442.6—Corporate Administrative Contracting Officer 1442.602 Assignment and location. The BPC has the authority to approve the appointment of a Corporate Administrative Contracting Officer.
