Subpart 2836.2—Special Aspects of Contracting for Construction 2836.204 Disclosure in solicitations of the magnitude of construction projects. For construction projects over $10,000,000, present the magnitude in ranges as follows: (a) Between $10,000,001 and $25,000,000; (b) Between $25,000,001 and $100,000,000; (c) Between $100,000,001 and $250,000,000; (d) Between $250,000,001 and $500,000,000; and (e) Over $500,000,000. Subpart 2836.6—Architect-Engineer Services 2836.602 Selection of firms for architect-engineer contracts. 2836.602-1 Selection criteria. The HCA or designee is the agency head for purposes of FAR 36.602-1(b). 2836.602-4 Selection authority. The HCA or designee is the agency head for purposes of FAR 36.602-4(a). 2836.602-5 Short selection process for contracts not to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. (a) The short selection process, described in FAR 36.602-5, is authorized for use in DOJ contracts not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. (b) The HCA or designee is the agency head for purposes of FAR 36.602-5(b)(2).
