Editorial Notes Codification Section 61g–4 was editorially reclassified as section 6156 of this title . Prior Provisions A prior section 61g–4, Pub. L. 95–26, title I, § 100 , May 4, 1977 , 91 Stat. 80 , authorized Secretary of Conference of Majority and Secretary of Conference of Minority each to appoint and fix compensation of an Executive Assistant and a Secretary. These positions were abolished by section 102 of Pub. L. 96–38 , effective Oct. 1, 1979 .
