Editorial Notes Codification Section, act Aug. 2, 1946, ch. 753, title I, § 134(b), 60 Stat. 832 , related to reports of committees and subcommittees of the Senate and House of Representatives on employed personnel. See section 72c of this title and the Standing Rules of the Senate . Section 2(a) of Senate Resolution No. 274, Ninety-sixth Congress , Nov. 14, 1979 , provided in part that this section, insofar as it relates to the Senate , is repealed.
