6 U.S.C. § 641 — Definitions

In this subchapter: (1) Department The term “ Department ” means the Department of Homeland Security . (2) Human trafficking The term “ human trafficking ” means an act or practice described in paragraph (9) or (10) [1] of section 7102 of title 22 .
