Editorial Notes Codification Section 612a, act Apr. 7, 1934, ch. 103, § 6, 48 Stat. 528 ; 1940 Reorg. Plan No. III, § 5, 5 F.R. 2108 , 54 Stat. 1232 , authorized appropriation of $50,000,000 for purpose of dairy and beef products for distribution for relief purposes, and for elimination of diseased cattle. Section 612b, act Aug. 24, 1935, ch. 641, § 37, 49 Stat. 775 , provided appropriations for elimination of disease in dairy and beef cattle to remain available until June 30, 1936 .
