12 U.S.C. § 4525 — Information, records, and meetings

For purposes of subchapter II of chapter 5 of title 5— (1) the Agency , and (2) the Department of Housing and Urban Development , with respect to activities under this chapter, shall be considered agencies responsible for the regulation or supervision of financial institutions.
