15 U.S.C. § 7402 — Definitions

In this chapter: (1) Director The term “ Director ” means the Director of the National Science Foundation . (2) Institution of higher education The term “ institution of higher education ” has the meaning given that term in section 1001(a) of title 20 . ( Pub.
