15 U.S.C. § 2471 — Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the purposes of this chapter, not to exceed $6,250,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976 , and the subsequent transition period ending September 30, 1976 ; not to exceed $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977 ; and not to exceed $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978 . Funds appropriated for any fiscal year shall remain available for obligation until expended. ( Pub. L. 94–136, title VII, § 701 , Nov. 28, 1975 , 89 Stat. 743 .)
