16 U.S.C. § 6707 — Authorization of appropriations

(a) In general There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter $15,000,000 for each fiscal year. (b) Limitation No funds made available under subsection (a) shall be used to pay the costs of constructing any facilities. ( Pub. L. 108–317, § 8 , Oct. 5, 2004 , 118 Stat. 1210 .)
