22 U.S.C. § 290h-6 — Government corporation control provisions applicable

The Foundation shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 91 of title 31 applicable to wholly owned Government corporations. ( Pub. L. 96–533, title V, § 508 , Dec. 16, 1980 , 94 Stat. 3155 .)
