Editorial Notes Codification Section 1197, R.S. § 1731, which related to posting rates of fees, was transferred to section 4216 of this title . Section 1198, R.S. § 1734; Dec. 21, 1898, ch. 36, § 3, 30 Stat. 771 , which related to embezzlement of fees or of effects of American citizens, was transferred to section 4217 of this title .
