Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 103–323, § 6 , Sept. 21, 1994 , 108 Stat. 2154 , which provided that tribal lands would consist of all real property held by or in trust for the band on and after Sept. 21, 1994 , was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
