Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 100–580, § 8 , Oct. 31, 1988 , 102 Stat. 2932 , which ratified and confirmed the existing governing documents of the Hoopa Valley Tribe and the governing body established and elected thereunder, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
