Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 100–89, title I, § 106 , Aug. 18, 1987 , 101 Stat. 668 , which repealed the Tiwa Indians Act ( Pub. L. 90–287 , Apr. 12, 1968 , 82 Stat. 93 , providing the tribe’s designation and transferring responsibility for the tribe to the State of Texas), was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
