Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–555, title III, § 304 , Oct. 25, 1972 , 86 Stat. 1170 , which exempted funds distributed per capita under the provisions of this part from Federal and State income taxes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
