Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–468, § 2 , Oct. 6, 1972 , 86 Stat. 782 , which provided for the withholding of a portion of the judgment funds for expert witnesses or other programing needs in certain claims, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
