Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–467, § 1 , Oct. 6, 1972 , 86 Stat. 781 , which related to division of judgment funds on the basis of tribal membership rolls after payment of attorney fees and litigation expenses, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
